The HPM Health Plan Plan offers two different plan structures with a wide range of deductible and out-of-pocket maximums to choose from. On all plans, preventive services, as defined by the Affordable Care Act, are covered before deductible at 100% as long as network providers are used. Please see the Preventive and Wellness tab for more information.

The Comprehensive Plan (Comp) is a traditional plan with some eligible benefits being paid before the deductible is met. For more information on the benefits included with the Comp plans click here.

The second plan option is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that qualifies the enrollee to open a Health Savings Account (HSA). To be HSA qualifying, this plan follows the federal regulations governing HDHP’s, and therefore, all claims will apply to the deductible until met, including prescription claims. For more information on the HDHP plans please click here.
